8 of us attended an amazing seminar led by legendary Jean-Pierre Fischer on Sat 4^th Feb.

6 of us went back on Sunday for another course and 4 of our young members participated in the competition followed.

3 won a medal each, and even the one who did not win a medal did manage to come in the 4th place in the highest category of Kumite tournament, which is a wonderful achievement especially for they all had to compete against more senior and experienced students from the headquarters!

We would like to express our great appreciation to Master Fischer for his great teachings, Chief Instructor Sensei Moussaoui for organizing such a fantastic event, and, last but not least, all our students and their families for their efforts and support. Keep training!

 Just 16 people had been invited for our 7th grading exam. There is no secret. It is not easy to aquire techniques and quality required to achieve higher grades.

The good news is, Chief instructor Sensei Moussaoui commented on the improvement of our standard (and we so proudly agree with him) !

We believe this has been our best grading so far.

Well done to those who passed and also those who attended the pre-grading exam.

We will be having a winter break for two weeks from Mon 19th December. 

First session in 2012 at the Community Center will be on Mon 2nd January, Sat 7th for Virgin Active (former Esporta).

30 people trained and 20 went for the exam on Monday 3rd Oct.

Now that we have more students with higher grades, fewer people will be going for each grading but the quality and the value will be greater.

Well done to everyone who passed the exam (and of course the ones who attended the pre-grading lesson, too!)!

We are pleased to announce that our new classes are starting from Sat 3rd September at Esporta in Ilford.

We will have Women Only Class (at last!) , Beginners, and Adults Advance Class to cater for wider range of people. We are looking forward to seeing you in the new Dojo!

We now have 4 purple belts alongside lots of other colours in our club!

We are delighted to announce that two of our green belts have achieved remarkable results in their first ever competition! 

Nialish has won the first place in Kata Competition, third place in Kumite.

Jan has won the second place in Kumite, third in Kata.

Our last class this year will be Thursday 23rd December.

We will have a week off and then be back on Monday 3rd January 2011.

Please note there is NO training on Thursday 6th May for General Election is taking place at the community hall.

As of Monday 19th April 2010, our training times will be:

7pm -8pm for Children

8pm - 9pm for Adults

Please arrive 10 minutes before to be fully ready for the training!
